In this two hour workshop we will explore different yoga poses as a group and as partners with the guardian and daughter. As a group we will move through yoga postures together. As a parent/guardian and daughter team we will try partner poses to build trust and communication. We will also have a group discussion about the themes of our Beautiful Warrior classes: self-confidence, non-violence, truthfulness, gratitude, kindness, compassion and joy. Taught by The Beautiful Warriors founder and creator Juliet Guisasola her goal is to empower and encourage young women shine their light and find their voice. Be you. Be kind. Bea(u)tiful Warriors!
