Filming with My Yogaworks online

It was a blast filming for My Yogaworks. We filmed 7 classes today that will be added to My Yogaworks Online this upcoming year. These yoga and fitness classes are for all levels with modifications given for pre and postnatal. I can't wait to share with you all the work we have put in to make this happen!
