The Beautiful Warriors in action!

It's been such an amazing journey starting The Beautiful Warriors™.  Teaching yoga is one of my passions and sharing it with preteen and teen girls has been so rewarding. My mission is to encourage and empower young women to shine their light and rise together by teaching yoga postures designed especially for young women to build strength, focus, and confidence.
