It's been such an amazing journey starting The Beautiful Warriors™. Teaching yoga is one of my passions and sharing it with preteen and teen girls has been so rewarding. My mission is to encourage and empower young women to shine their light and rise together by teaching yoga postures designed especially for young women to build strength, focus, and confidence.

Such a fun event today to spread the yoga love. I had fun sharing yoga with you and enjoying the very delicious juice from Juice Served Here. Thank you Lucy Activewear!
Tomorrow morning at 5am I have the pleasure of representing Yogaworks by teaching yoga to the wonderful students at El Camino High School who raised money for the American Cancer Society with The Relay for Life. The Relay For Life event honors cancer survivors and victims. It helps raise funds and awareness to fight back against a disease that has taken too much. Like far too many people, cancer has struck my family many times. My father died from cancer when I was a teenager. Not a day goes by that he doesn't cross my mind. Not long after my father died, I took my first yoga class. It was on my mat that my heart started to heal. It was there where my yoga journey began. Always as a student continuing to find her way home to the mat.
