The Beautiful Warriors is THIS SUNDAY!! This yoga empowerment class designed for preteen and teen girls will inspire, encourage and empower young women to shine their light and rise together, with yoga postures designed especially for young women to build strength, focus, and confidence while teaching the basic tenets of yoga: non violence, truthfulness, compassion, kindness, and joy.
