My name is Juliet Guisasola Drummond. I teach people how to breathe correctly while increasing mobility and building strength. I'm a master level yoga, pilates & fitness teacher residing in Los Angeles and creator of The BEaUtiful Warriors: Yoga Empowerment for Youth.
I want to encourage you to move to strengthen and shape your life. My goal is to help you feel your best. Whether it is in private, semi private or group sessions I will tailor a program to help you and your needs. I will guide you with any modifications needed and I strive to make your workouts work for you.

MY YOGA & FITNESS JOURNEY...
It wasn't long after I started walking that I started dancing. My mom enrolled me in my first "professional" dance class at age 4. I spent most of my childhood wearing a pair of ballet, jazz, or tap shoes. There was nothing I loved more than being on stage. It wasn't until an injury stopped me from dancing and the death of my father that pushed me into my first yoga class. It was the fall of 2001, in a sweaty and packed yoga class, surrounded by strangers, that my body and heart started to heal.
I graduated from my first 200 hour teacher training in 2008 and immediately began teaching. I continued my education receiving my RYT 500 yoga certification in 2011 and multiple certifications in Yin, Restorative, Pre/Postnatal, Trauma Conscious Yoga Training, Children & Family Yoga, Mat Pilates, Barre, TRX, Sculpt, & Reiki Certification. I'm an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher registered with Yoga Alliance, a prenatal and postpartum exercise specialist and a master level yoga and fitness instructor for Yogaworks.
In 2016 I founded The BEaUtiful Warriors: a yoga empowerment class for our youth. My programs range from preschool to high school, varying my curriculum for the age range. The class consists of yoga postures designed to build strength, focus, and confidence while exploring the basic tenets of yoga: nonviolence, truthfulness, gratitude, kindness, compassion, and joy.
If you're looking for a yoga instructor with a diverse background, you have come to the right place. I combine my ballet background with my teaching style, infusing the flow of dance into asanas, rhythmically sequencing my classes to allow students a more graceful evolution of their practice. As we are all different, so too are my classes. I approach the work with humor, insight, intuition, empathy, and fun. My group classes are accessible to all and challenging to those advanced in their practice.
While working one on one I challenge my clients to become strong, grow both physically, and emotionally. I tailor a program designed for YOU — a program as individual as YOU are to meet YOUR needs and goals.
